ABOUT THIS PAINTING
Lake Tahoe from Mount Watson is an original watercolor by Romina Branje, a Truckee, California artist inspired by the lakes, forests, and mountains of the Lake Tahoe region. It’s a view from high above the north shore, where the forest opens up to the whole lake.
Lake Tahoe sits on the California–Nevada line in the Sierra Nevada, a short drive south of Truckee. Mount Watson Road climbs through the forest above Kings Beach and Tahoe Vista, and its high points look out over the entire lake. This print is a way to keep that view close, wherever home is.
It makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves Lake Tahoe, mountain lakes, or the outdoors, and beautiful mountain wall art for a cabin, a lake house, or any room that could use a little Sierra sky.
